Don't worry about bills. Everything is included in your monthly rent, including access to all the facilities and services Index House has to offer.
INDEX HOUSE
Situated in the center of Leeds, the University is only a 12 minute walk, as well as all the shops and restaurants, meaning you're never too far away for a night on the town or a visit to the university library.
The ground floor hosts our exclusive swimming pool (the only accommodation in Leeds to have one!). At the front of Index House is our retail section, with food services and takeway.
The 5th & 6th floors house our penthouse studio rooms, for the students who want that bit extra floor space, and a great view overlooking the surrounding areas.
Floors 2, 3 and 4 are our standard premier double rooms, equipped with en-suite bathrooms, a big comfy bed, and a common room to share with your flat mates.
On the first floor you will find our in-house cinema room, furnished with some comfy beanbags and an impressive large screen for watching your movies. On this floor you'll also find the 24/7 gym, utilizing a range of cardio and weight machines.
