Causes & Welfare Projects
Our selection of causes from around the world are selected by the Index House Zakat Trustees, and range from small families to entire communities that need your help. Our aim is to provide sustainable housing, healthcare and education to as many people as possible.
َّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنۢبَتَتۡ سَبۡعَ سَنَابِلَ
ِي كُلِّ سُنۢبُلَةٖ مِّاْئَةُ حَبَّةٖۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُضَٰعِفُ لِمَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ
"The charity of those who expend their wealth in the way of Allah may be likened to a grain of corn, which produces seven ears and each ear yields a hundred grains. Allah multiplies the charity (reward) of anyone He pleases, for He is All-Embracing, All-Wise."
